She returned from a trip to England on 4 October 1914 and listed her birthplace as Wilmington, Delaware. Traveling with her was Josephine Henderson, a widow, age 70, listed as born in February, 1844 also in Wilmington, Delaware, and also returning to 1816 Prairie Avenue. Emily also is listed as born in Wilmington on a 1912 manifest returning from France.
