Eli Nichols, (1760-1821), enlisted at seventeen for three years, was in the battle of Germantown and at the burning of Norwalk. He was placed on the pension roll of Broome county, N. Y., 1818, for service as private in the Connecticut Line. He died in Windsor, N. Y.
