“My patriot from the Revolutionary War was Col. Ray Sands 6th GG, son of Capt. Edward Sands who was the son of John Sands II continuing to Capt. James Sands and Sarah Walker. I have a genealogist who is working on my lineage from the Sands to the Plantagenet's and I'm related to the Plantagenet's from various lines. I'm trying to make some sense of all the heritage. At least I have my documentation to Col. Ray Sands due to my grandmother's DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) record.”
