“Jessie deLang Saxby, a Glencoe resident since 1891, died July 2 in her home at 559 Longwood Av. She was 87. Mrs. Saxby was the widow of Charles A. Saxby and was preceded in death by her daughter, Miss Mary Serene Saxby who died May 30 at age 47. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Louis Hein of Glencoe. Burial was in Graceland Cemetery, Chicago.”
