Billie Ray has 1910 copy of original deed, of Feb 18, 1847 conveying 113 acres on Gray's Creek to Walter from his maternal grandparent Frederick Williams and Nancy with lifetime residence for their daughter, Walter's mother, Minerva C. Reeves.
