“Edward B. Wicks, age 71, passed away June 1, 1998 at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.
Born July 3, 1926, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Bartlett (Bunny) and Margaret Ann Walker Wicks. He was preceded in death by his wife Stella Francis Gilbert Wicks and his wife Betty Jean Murray Wicks. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Southern California, he was a retired film editor. He enjoyed photography, travel and writing poetry. He was a kind, gentle loving spirit who had great love for all of his children.He is survived by his brother Joseph (Rob) Walker Wicks, Salt Lake City, UT; his four children, Jann Bullock of Half Moon Bay, CA: Timothy Wicks of San Francisco, CA: Elizabeth Wicks of Salt Lake City; and Sarah Govea of Salt Lake City; his two stepsons, Gary Batchelor and Kevin Batchelor of Salt Lake City; 20 grandchildren.”
