Some family information says that he did not come to the US, but Watertown marriage record shows Leonard as the 27 year old son of Stefano Varnerin and Eugenia Miniutti. (unless there were two separate individuals with the same name, parents and year of birth)
15 June 1900 census says he came to the US in 1892. They are living at 302 Norfolk Avenue, Dorchester. No children.
November 1898 naturalization says he was living at 281 Norfolk Avenue.
