Lester Rugo, 86, of Austintown who passed away Wednesday December 22, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Lester was born September 4, 1924 in Sharon PA., the son of Domenic and Lucia (Corado) Rugo. He was a graduate of East High School and was a self-employed bricklayer who retired in 1999. He also ran his own business, Sunbrite Laundromat, for 50 years. Lester was a member of the local bricklayers union and loved to tinker around with his hands fixing things and seeing how things worked. Lester was never married. He leaves four nieces; Kathryn (Glenn) Becker of Medina, Marilou (Alex) Gerena and Peggy Albright both of Columbus, and Patti Rugo of Austintown, one sister-in-law; Edna Rugo of Austintown, and one great nephew Kurt (Hanna) Becker of Wadsworth. Besides his parents, Lester was preceded in death by one brother; Louis Rugo and one nephew; Michael Rugo.
