“Mr. Lee Morris of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2003, at Beverly HealthCare in Heber Springs. Born in Marble, Colorado, on February 26, 1915, Mr. Morris was 88 years of age. He was the son of the late Joseph Moruzzi and Santa (Rugo) Moruzzi. Mr. Morris was a retired river boat captain and had been a resident of Heber Springs since 1982. His religious belief was Catholic. He was preceded in death by his wife, Olavel Morris, on October 5, 1998. Survivors include one son, Michael Morris two daughters, Kay Morris and Kim Morris and six grandchildren. Mr. Morris is also survived by other relatives and his many friends. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, June 19, at 9:00 A.M. at St. Albert’s Catholic Church with Fr. Vincent Udo Ogbuji officiating. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc., 601 W. Main, Heber Springs, AR 72543.”
